My name is Mark Monette and I am the founder and owner/operator of Quality Pest Management. I have over 20 years experience in the industry working as a technician, in sales and in management. When the company I worked for was bought by a large corporation, I noticed a decline in the quality of service that was being provided to our customers, and this prompted me to start Quality Pest Management. We strive to connect with our customers on a personal level. I have found that clients like to know the company as well as the technician that is servicing their property, and this connection is very difficult for large corporations to replicate. Pest control is not just about "killing bugs," it is also communicating with customers and personalizing the right service for their property. One size does not fit all in this industry.

We are a small company with a strong work ethic and a solid dedication to providing top quality service for our clients. We are fully licensed and insured and provide a wide range of residential and commercial pest services to Central Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.
